Description
I noticed that the include directory for python3.7 is called "python3.7m" rather than just "python3.7"; smells like a typo, but I could be wrong.
bash> ls -d /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.{7,8}/include/python3.* /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/include/python3.7m /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.8/include/python3.8

It didn't dawn on me that this was a Python convention. Thank you kindly for your insight.
