Description
when doing sudo port upgrade outdated I got the following error
sudo port upgrade outdated Error: fitsviewer: Variant gcc10 conflicts with gcc8 Error: Unable to open port: Error evaluating variants Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets to report a bug.

There doesn't appear to be a port called fitsviewer in our ports tree. I assume you are most likely using a third-party ports tree, in which case you need to report this problem to whomever wrote this port. Most likely they just need to refrain from setting a default variant when a conflicting variant is already set.
