Under OS X 10.13.6, macports 2.6.3, webkit-gtk-2.4.11_4 fails to build

Please attach the log; however also be aware that this port is destined to be removed as soon as its few remaining dependents can be updated to use webkit2 (#52398).

For future reference, if a log is more than about 1 MB, you can compress it with bzip2 or gzip before attaching.

Looks the same as #60977 which is apparently an incompatibility with the new bison version.
