Description
Hi, after updating my OS system, I had to reinstall macPorts, and I'm now trying to run selfupdate and later upgrade outdate, I get an error building 'atlas':
$ sudo port selfupdate ---> Updating MacPorts base sources using rsync MacPorts base version 2.6.4 installed, MacPorts base version 2.6.4 downloaded. ---> Updating the ports tree ---> MacPorts base is already the latest version The ports tree has been updated. To upgrade your installed ports, you should run port upgrade outdated
$ sudo port upgrade outdated ---> Fetching archive for atlas ---> Attempting to fetch atlas-3.10.2_2.darwin_19.x86_64.tbz2 from https://lil.fr.packages.macports.org/atlas ---> Attempting to fetch atlas-3.10.2_2.darwin_19.x86_64.tbz2 from https://packages.macports.org/atlas ---> Attempting to fetch atlas-3.10.2_2.darwin_19.x86_64.tbz2 from https://mse.uk.packages.macports.org/atlas ---> Building atlas Error: Failed to build atlas: command execution failed Error: See /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_math_atlas/atlas/main.log for details. Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets to report a bug.
I did already 'clean atlas', and tried running upgrade again, but it continues giving the same error. Any suggestion on how I can solve it? Thank you.
