py38-astropy @4.2 ImportError at runtime - cannot find erfa

Description

Just updated to 4.2 and got the following error: 

ImportError: erfa version 1.7 or later must be installed to use Astropy. erfa is not installed.

erfa is installed on my system via macports (v1.7.1_0).
