icu 67.1_2 +universal: universal build fails at the end

Description

When trying to build icu +universal, it fails near the end when staging to destroot: 

--->  Staging icu into destroot
Error: Failed to destroot icu: icu-config differs in /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_devel_icu/icu/work/destroot-arm64//opt/local/bin and /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_devel_icu/icu/work/destroot-ppc-intel//opt/local/bin and cannot be merged
