Description
GNU Bash 5.1 was released on Monday 12/7. This ticket has been open in order to track its portfile update.
P.S: Couldn't make the livecheck regex work, though :(

Thank you very much for the update! I had no time to look into this yet.
Are you sure this patch to configure script has been integrated upstream? We need to avoid implicit declarations on macOS 11 Big Sur, because they are treated as an error.
The livecheck regex for bash is a bit complicated. For the patchlevel we need to check in the directory with patches, as I am not aware of any other place where the current patchlevel number is published. However, for a new bash release this directory will only be created with the first patch... I usually also left it broken for new releases in the past, because if we remove it, there is a chance we will miss this first patch.
