grass7 +python35 depends on nonexistent port py35-psycopg2

Description

With the +python39 and +gui variants, grass7 depends on py39-wxpython-4.0 which does not exist. @Veence before you commit a variant please verify that the port builds with that variant.

With the +python35 variant, grass7 depends on py35-psycopg2. @mohd-akram you removed py35-psycopg2 in [b74af3b56f3248229aaf19cf40293d29cfe20f6a/macports-ports]. Please do not remove ports that other ports depend on.

I have removed the python35 variant and done other grunt work to hike the Port up w/r to its dependencies.
