Hello,

This portfile installs a version from 2019 and needs updating to latest stable version.

The current version is based on sha of

and the patches will need to be updated as they cause failure to build. I don't need the patches so I comment them out for my build.

I've updated my own macports mirror to update to the latest x264 from master. The macports Portfile version is from 2019 and way out of date. I'm not going to submit a PR because my fork is highly modified. Those interested can grab my version here.
