Description

Hi, Help2man imposes to use Perl 5.28, which I tried to upgrade my machine to replace with 5.32, but had to downgrade to 5.30 because many ports don't support 5.32 yet. But IMHO this port should avoid depending on a specific version of Perl. Cheers!

Note that a "request" ticket type is only for requesting a new port.

ports must depend on a specific version in order to have build reproducibility.

perl5_28 is still the default macports perl - I typically follow that AFAIK.

I changed it to match the default macports perl version. When that gets updated, help2man will use the new perl version.
