Hi

If no-one else is prepared, I am okay to help or take on maintenance of this port. It is a piece of software I use regularly on various Macs. Although not an expert on the inner workings, I did manage to help get it working on Big Sur and Apple Silicon.

@mhberger: Sounds good. Please submit a PR to take over maintainership.

Thanks for merging the PR.

There was a comment from @harens requesting an update to the commit message to use “Closes: ”.

Would you mind adding "Closes: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/62133" to the commit message so that the ticket is closed when this is merged? Thanks.

However, the PR has been merged and closed. The commit message had ”Fixes: ”.

A few questions.

  • Does the “system” automatically close tickets that have “Closes:” in the commit message? What about ”Fixes: ”?
  • Now that the PR is merged and closed, what steps should we take?

Apologies. I had the ”Fixes: ” reference in the PR but missed including it in the commit message.
