chmlib @0.40 fails to build due to implicit declaration

  1. Trying to install kde4-kile
  2. Build fails with: 
    Error: Failed to build chmlib: command execution failed
  3. I perform: 
    sudo port clean chmlib kde4-kile
sudo port install chmlib
  4. Build of chmlib fails

log is attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! (Thanks to the maintainers and a cookie to everyone!)
