libtorrent-rasterbar @2.0.4 fails to build on Mavericks

Nevermind, I figured it out and changed the option to +python39. Non issue.

Well it's still nice if the defaults can be made to match so there's no error when using purely default variants.

Oh I see, the defaults already were changed to match, it was just that you had selected +python38.
