Per the web site:
there has yet to be an official release of KDE Connect for MacOS or Windows.
It hasn't yet been completely tested on MacOS, contributions and feedback are welcome!
Any recent KDE software probably requires KDE5/KF5 and nobody has yet succeeded in offering that in MacPorts. See #49925.

The way that KDE ports work in MacPorts is that there are a bunch of umbrella ports that install a bunch of KDE apps at once; KDE Connect may or may not already be in one of the existing ones; I'd have to check...
