cmus @2.9.1+cue: libcue dependency not needed?

Description
cmus with the +cue variant selected, which it is by default, depends on libcue but I cannot find any evidence that it is used. The things that are installed do not link with libcue.1.dylib. I tried removing the libcue dependency from the cue variant and building cmus (without the default +aac variant since that fails; see #63297) in trace mode, which still succeeded without mentioning accessing any files installed by libcue.
The libcue port was just updated to version 2.x which has libcue.2.dylib, so anything linking with libcue.1.dylib would need a revbump. Since I didn't find any evidence that cmus links with libcue I didn't revbump it.
If cmus doesn't need libcue, the dependency should be removed and the revision should be increased.
