Hi, will MacPorts support a newer version of Xcode (12.5.1) soon? I got the following issue
❯ sudo port diagnose Password: Error: currently installed version of Xcode, 12.5.1, is not supported by MacPorts. For your currently installed system, only the following versions of Xcode are supported: 12.5 12.4 12.3 12.2

Yes, that message from port diagnose doesn't mean the version definitely won't work, just that it hasn't been verified to work. Newer versions are generally fine. Maybe the message should be a little different when the version found is newer than any known version.

I don't know of any reason why using Xcode 12.5.1 would not work, so feel free to use it. We should add 12.5.1 to the list of supported versions.
