Description
On 10.5.8 ppc, py38-pyobjc upgrade @7.3_2 fails with "py38-pyobjc @7.3 requires Mac OS X 10.7 or later", in turn preventing a certbot upgrade. However, this port originally installed OK - 'sudo port installed py38-pyobjc' gives ... py38-pyobjc @7.3_0 (active) I note that the port also builds OK on 10.6, so the 10.7 specification is odd. I presume something in one of the recent port revisions has switched on this behaviour?

I think we decided here 63084 that this looked pretty easy to fix, but nobody with the skills and equipment so far has been interested in doing so.
So the older systems have been blacklisted to prevent endless tickets, pending someone stepping up to fix it.
