Description
libdazzle was recently tweaked to build on TigerPPC.
Although the tests work "fairly" well on x86_84:
Ok: 23 Expected Fail: 0 Fail: 6 Unexpected Pass: 0 Skipped: 0 Timeout: 0
on Tiger PPC , almost every test fails:
Ok: 2 Expected Fail: 0 Fail: 27 Unexpected Pass: 0 Skipped: 0 Timeout: 0

actually, doesn't do too bad once the @rpath issues are fixed. one more error than mojave -- good enough ;.>

although it looks like it might not be as bad as first glance, because a number of the tests fail with this:
and so might be significantly improved by our DYLD tiger trick.
Will report back soon.
