Description
In 2015 librsync moved from https://sourceforge.net/projects/librsync/ to https://github.com/librsync/librsync it appears the port haven't been updated to reflect this move.
Can librsync be updated to v2.3.2? It appears nothing depends on it so the ~7 years of changes should be safe?
librsync is a new requirement when building kitty on macOS and 0.9.7 appears to have issues
