While upstream hasn't yet released an official stable release, beyond the 1.4.x series - they use an even-numbering scheme for those - we can certainly test the latest unstable version, via new port trac-devel
.

Is their convention to use even numbers for stable releases? If so, I'll update the livecheck to take that into account.

That's a development snapshot. The homepage make it clear that the latest stable is 1.4.x.
