Description
I'm new to macports and have been having a lot of trouble with mpv. I have tried updating xcode's cli tools and selfupdating/cleaning/re-attempting to install mpv, but the error is always the same. Unfortunately I have not been able to decipher the traceback in the log.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please take a look at the attached log file and let me know if you see anything that might point to a solution.

Updating to Xcode 13.1 resolves this issue. See https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues/9232#issuecomment-952063467

This ticket should be assigned/CC'ed to the port maintainers (@Ionic, @i0ntempest).
Would it help if the mpv port detected if Xcode 13.0 is present and immediately displayed an error message (a more helpful one advising what to do)?

Thanks for the response! I'm on an intel mac, would that fix still apply? I'll try updating when I get back to my computer.
If your solution is correct, it would definitely help to have a message about that.
Not sure how to CC people but I assigned it to Ionic.
