Description
I am unable to build siag office suite on Lion.

Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets if you believe there is a bug. Error: Processing of port siag failed bash-3.2$
I will attach main.log.
P.S. The port looks old. siag is now at version 3.6.1. The port is still at version 3.6.0. I also tried building siag version 3.6.1 from source but was unable to get past the ./configure stage. I kept getting "Xpm library not found" even though I have installed the xpm port. xpm appears to be a new dependency for siag.

Duplicate of #23910.

Ryan I am not sure if it is an exact duplicate of https://trac.macports.org/ticket/23910.
23910 reports that siag does NOT build on PPC Macs. This ticket reports that it fails to build on Intel Macs.
It also looks like you were able to get the latest version (v3.6.1) to pass the configure stage. I cannot even do that on my Intel based Mac.
In any event, it looks like even fink no longer has a package for siag for Lion and later. Since the development of siag has stopped, I suspect it might be wise for Macports to consider dropping siag as well at least for Lion and later. Pity since it is such a lightweight office suite.
