libsass @3.6.2 does not build on PPC Leopard, Mac OS X 10.5.8, because cc1plus: error: unrecognized command line option "-std=c++11"

Obviously this port needs a modern compiler, for example GCC7

It built with configure.compiler=macports-gcc-7
.

I don't support 10.5. Feel free to open a pull request that fixes the issue and doesn't break on modern macOS, and I'll happily accept it, but I won't spend time on 10.5 PPC.
