Even with doxygen
installed, the port is still failing to build. (Can't provide a log until after-hours, but just wanted to provide a proactive heads-up.)

i can confirm, if doxygen is installed first the upgrade is successful.

Installing the doxygen port should work around that problem until I fix the Portfile.
