Work it out with the maintainers. If they're OK with the 35/36 subports being removed, great; otherwise the dependencies need to be restored.

To avoid user issues, I re-add python 3.5 and 3.6 version. If maintainers would rip out 3.5 and 3.6, feel free to do so.

ops ;-) Since py35 and py36 are deprecated, Should I remove all those ports o re-add py3{5,6}-mako?
