Hi, I tried to install ds9 via macports on MacOS Montery 12.3 and it failed. The log file is attached. Thank you!

Practically having this problem:

for some reason the 'choose file' tab doesn't work so I can't attach the log file.

Unfortunately, without the log, it's impossible to know why the build failed. This may be a duplicate of #61642.

the implicit function declarations are fixed upstream already; I've submitted a PR to update the port to its latest version and at least it builds fine for me on macOS Cataline. It does run as well but since I don't use it I don't really know how to test whether everything works as intended - feel free to install the Port from the above-mentioned PR and provide feedback. We'll wait a few days for the maintainer to look it over but knowing whether it works for you would be helpful.
