Description
I'm seeing the following issue after trying to upgrade to p5.28-encode-3.170.0_0:

Strange that you got a 0-length file instead of an error; that suggests MisbehavingServers somewhere along the way. But the dead mirror should be removed in any case.

If you selfupdate, run sudo port clean --dist p5.28-encode, and try again, it should now use a different mirror.
