Description
"tilemaker" is not distributable because its license "ftwpl" is not known to be distributable
If this is a permissive license, and it seems to be thought it's extremely light on the details, then saying license Permissive would allow it to be distributable.

Shall we add ftwpl to distributable_lib.tcl or do you have concerns about doing that?

Yes, FTWPL is permissive and based on WTFPL I guess.

Should we wait until the new license is added, or simply use "Permissive" for now?

Looks like a slight variation (added "no warranty" clause) on the WTFPL, which our script does recognise.
