Guess it could depend on a newer perl, or just disable generation of HTML docs.

… and then it succeeded in a subsequent build, with no portfile changes in between. ​https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-10.6_x86_64-builder/builds/113197

Something must be broken somewhere, but I guess this will do.
