Description

It requires a 2-lines patch to build with recent numpy.

Patch adapted from ​https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/diff/dev-python/shiboken2/files/shiboken2-5.15.2-numpy-1.23.patch

This was fixed by [5869008aca7f/macports-ports], but using a patch containing the upstream approach (which can then be dropped once incorporated in a future release) does seem preferable: ​https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/18015

Prefer patch with upstream approach
(which will likely be present in 5.15.11)
