py36-pyqt5 @5.15.7_0: build fails

Attempting to upgrade py36-pyqt5 and the build fails. Here is the relevant part of /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_python_py-pyqt5/py36-pyqt5/main.log :

The version of Mac OS X I'm using is 10.15.7, and the version of Xcode I'm using is 11.5.

I would happily uninstall the port, but git-cola depends on it and I use git-cola.
