fonttools-utils: depends on deleted port 'py27-fonttools'

Description
Dependency 'py27-fonttools' has been deleted: https://ports.macports.org/port/py27-fonttools/details
'fonttools' has been declared obsolete and replaced by 'py39-fonttools': https://ports.macports.org/port/fonttools/details/
Python 2.7 is obviously end of life and not receiving updates; 'py27-fonttools' might be useful to retain for legacy support and presumably wouldn't require any maintenance as there will be no upstream changes?
Cheers
Liam

the source of that package doesn't exist anymore and upstream appears to point to https://github.com/twardoch/fonttools-opentype-feature-freezer now. Don't know if that's the same package or a successor - in any case that does support PY3 so an interested party could update the port to use this newer version.
