Description 

checking for boost/regex/icu.hpp... no

   boost/regex/icu.hpp not found.
   Make sure libicu headers (package libicu-dev or the like)
   are installed and can be found in a standard path.
   You may need to set CPPFLAGS to specify search path

Happens on all OS versions. It may need to use the boost portgroup to be able to find boost.

​Version 4.2 is available; we should update the port.
