Committed a fix that should take care of this, though I don't have a panther box to test on

The new portfile is ok on MacOS 10.3.9. I could install audioslicer successfully on a separate partition with a fresh installation of 10.3.9 (Xcode 1.5, 'November 2004 GCC Update' )
But the error "unknown target: clean" is still there.
