When installing db48 on a PPC OSX 10.4 machine, the install fails during the Java step. Message reads "Failed to build db48: command execution failed", and it seems to have had 100 errors and 31 warnings. Log dump is attached to this ticket.

Presumably you could avoid the error by not using the +java variant.

db48: move java and tcl bindings to subports

Also use the java portgroup and fix other java build issues.

You might need Java 1.5 to build the db48 java bindings. But with this change you won't be building them by default anyway.
