Description
With libheif in the mix, Jasper also supports an additional option: Experimental support for the HEIC codec.
Despite the experimental status, I've tested it locally via jasper-devel (now retired), and it seems to work just fine.
Let's add this to jasper: Either as part of existing variant +heif, or via a new variant.

On second blush, there are better options for HEIC image support, so no need to enable in Jasper. Closing.
