How to migrate from one version of macOS to the next is explained here:

Please consider doing one of the following:

  • moving the explanation to the Guide
  • adding a link to the explanation to the Guide
  • adding a link to the explanation to the FAQ

Every time there's a new macOS release I have to hunt, hunt, hunt for that explanation.

It takes me an embarrassingly long time because:

  • I always forget that it's called "migrating" (I seem to always search for "upgrading" and "updating"); and
  • I never think to check the Wiki, just the Guide and the FAQ.

Maybe this is just a me thing; maybe not. Not sure.

If there's some way for me to be of help in this, please let me know.

It would be good to have our documentation in fewer places, and the primary place for documentation should indeed be the guide.
