aquaterm fails to install in ventura
result as follows
Error: The installed version of Xcode (14.0.1) is too old to use on the installed OS version. Version 14.1 or later is recommended on macOS 13. Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets if you believe there is a bug. Error: Processing of port aquaterm failed
I have tried using Xcode 14.1 rc3 with another more esoteric problem will post details if required.

agreed. It's as Ken writes. Issue solved by downloading the Xcode 14.1 rc2 + manually installing the appropriate Xcode run-line tools

not really anything to do with aquaterm, really.
MacPorts (and homebrew) won’t work properly with Xcode 14.0.1; the release of Xcode 14.1 has been slightly delayed, so you must use the betas of it for right now, until it’s officially released.
