Description
Hi,
Running on MacOS 13.0 Ventura, Xcode 14.1
I ran into an error installing the prometheus port. The portfile specifies p5.34-locale-gettext-1.70.0_1.darwin_22.arm64.tbz2 at https://packages.macports.org/p5.34-locale-gettext but the file isn't at that location.
(The highest version right now at that URL looks like p5.34-locale-gettext-1.70.0_1.darwin_21.arm64.tbz2
Apologies if there's an easy fix for me; I'm new to these parts and feeling my way around.
Thanks!

OK, so this is the problem:
:warn:archivefetch Your DNS servers incorrectly claim to know the address of nonexistent hosts. This may cause checksum mismatches for some ports. See this page for more information: <https://trac.macports.org/wiki/MisbehavingServers>
The mirror cpan.llarian.net
doesn't resolve. With a correctly working DNS server, this would cause it to be skipped, but instead you get a size 0 file. I'll remove the mirror from the list, but you should still switch to a better DNS server if possible.

Please attach the main.log that would have been mentioned in the error message. A missing binary archive should not be a problem since MacPorts will just fall back to building from source.
