py311-pyqt5 error during build - error:destroot No files have been installed in the destroot directory!

Have tried all of the approaches found on the web including clearing down Macports and rebuilding, but still get the same problem. Below is an extract from the log file at the end where it fails:-

The port is building again MacOS Ventura M1 Architecture.
