Description
This is new and came up when trying to upgrade to gmsh@4.11.0 today. I then they to install opencascade@7.7.0 beforehand.

This was possible after I had to remove gmsh and opencascade. Then I was able to deactivate the tbb port. I installed gmsh again. Problem Solved. Thanks!

The Milestone field is only used when the Component field is "base".
Can you deactivate the tbb port?
