Description

pijul is on MacPorts but seems extremely out of date.

Also doesn't seem to have a maintainer.

Usually ports should install the latest stable version, not betas.

Since the port has no maintainer, someone will have to volunteer to update the port.

pijul-devel: new port (1.0.0-beta.6) (​https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/20580)

Rename pijul -> pijul-devel, since beta releases work with
OpenSSL 3. A stable release for pijul has not been made, yet.
