Update texlive-publishers to include revtex-4.2 version e

Right now, the port texlive-publishers include support for revtex4-2 2019/01/18/14:29:48 4.2c .

But there is a known bug in this version. Just compiling 

\documentclass{revtex4-2}
\begin{document}    
$\pi$
\end{document}

I am getting the following error: 

! Extra \endgroup.
\document ->\endgroup 
                      \document@inithook \true@sw {}\UseOneTimeHook {begindo...
l.2 \begin{document}

It seems this is corrected in version 4.2 e of the revtex package.
