libmed: Fix livecheck, homepage

Description

libmed's livecheck cannot determine if a new version is available. 

% port livecheck libmed
Error: cannot check if libmed was updated (The requested URL returned error: 404)

I can't either. Looking at the port's homepage, I find no references to "libmed". Using the site's search, or Google search targeted at that site, I can't find anything about libmed either. The download page is protected by a form.

libmed: do not rely on upstream resources

Upstream seems to restructured itself, and it not clear
how libmed fits in.
