samba4: build isn't using legacysupport everywhere, causing link failures

Description
Based on the recent build on the 10.11 builder, it looks like legacysupport
isn't being used for part of the build process. With the result being link errors, for things provided by the latter:
Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64: "_futimens", referenced from: _vfswrap_fntimes in vfs_default.c.10.o "_utimensat", referenced from: _vfswrap_fntimes in vfs_default.c.10.o ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64
Should be easy enough to fix, in principle. Will take a look when I get a chance.

The build with the latest legacysupport now looks good: https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-10.11_x86_64-builder/builds/264914/steps/install-port/logs/stdio
