gnupg2 @2.4.1_0: variant selection should not depend on Xcode presence

Description
The MacPorts buildbots have made a binary archive available for gnupg2 +openldap +pinentry_mac on macOS 10.8+ (https://packages.macports.org/gnupg2/). Unless I am mistaken, gpg has no runtime requirement for full Xcode. I should be able to install that binary archive regardless of whether Xcode is on my machine. But the portfile automatically chooses the +pinentry variant instead of +pinentry_mac because my machine lacks Xcode, prompting my machine to build gnupg2 +openldap +pinentry from source, which I find undesirable and unnecessary.
Workaround: manually specify +pinentry_mac when installing gnupg2.
