This may be a duplicate of #67635. To be sure, please attach the two files
- /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_MacPro.local_ywg.ca.rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_graphics_tiff/tiff/work/destroot-i386/opt/local/lib/pkgconfig/libtiff-4.pc
and
- /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_MacPro.local_ywg.ca.rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_graphics_tiff/tiff/work/destroot-x86_64/opt/local/lib/pkgconfig/libtiff-4.pc
so we can see how they differ.

Yes, it's a duplicate, and the two .pc files are the same as the ones in #67635. When I looked at the logfile, I saw an "error" that was something else, but that may have been due to the usual way muniversal
stumbles around trying to figure out what to do.
