Description
The command port -b install socat
fails with
Error: Failed to archivefetch socat: version @1.7.4.4_0: The requested URL returned error: 404
It appears that there is no socat
folder on any of the package mirrors.

The build infrastructure is working correctly; socat is licensed under GPLv2 only and uses readline which is GPLv3+, so the resulting binaries cannot legally be distributed.
