I get this error running on Ventura:
configure:3108: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_NLS
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.

Mohamed, I'm not seeing any failures on our Ventura buildbots:

Unfortunately the history has aged out. So I'll rev-bump, to see what's happening there vis-a-vis prior macOS releases.

Yep, Ventura builds are still fine, and I don't see any immediately-obvious differences.
Normally my first suggestion would be to test with trace mode, but that's currently broken for Ventura: issue:66358
Can you attach a full build log?

NLS means natural-language support, in other words gettext. This port may need dependencies on gettext or its subports. This mailing list thread may be relevant.
