Chris you had some forced builds for clang-devel and flang-devel queued on the buildbot which I deleted since they would just fail due to this problem, to save on CPU time. The commit that updated llvm-devel is also still pending on several builders; when it comes up, I'll cancel the subport builds for those as well, and they'll of course get rescheduled when the fix for this issue is committed.

clang-devel probably also needs the fix for #68241 since upstream declined to fix the issue when it affected clang 17.

Yes, the devel builds will likely need the same patch file i submitted for llvm 17 in [acd8acb171f1658596ed1cf25da48d5b932e2d19/macports-ports]
